Demand for warehouses in Romania is increasing, with a record of over 1 million sqm of logistic and industrial spaces leased in 2021 alone. Soon after opening the Bulung Logistics’s office branch in Timisoara, we have leased 8.000 sqm of warehouse space in January 2022, followed by another 7.000 sqm in March 2022. The warehouse is already fully occupied, with an average of 25 daily shipment rate, thus we are planning to add another 23.000 sqm this year.
