How we work
Intermodal transportation is the cornerstone of our climate action strategy and allows us to make logistics more sustainable.We transport our freight in intermodal container units that can be used across different modes of transport without having to unload and reload their cargo. By using combined transport we can shift road freight to more CO2 efficient modes such as rail or sea freight.
Who we are
Bulung Logistics was born in 2012 out of a mission to bridge Turkey and Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East. It is our overarching goal to facilitate an enriching exchange between people while respecting the environment. We believe that success comes from sustainable relations. That is why we maintain a local presence in many regions we operate in. We have sites in Istanbul, Timisoara, Sofia, Belgrade and Baghdad where more than 50 regional experts provide services in the segments of forwarding, procurement and customs clearance. Our Turkish heritage is deeply ingrained in the company DNA which enables us to act as a transportation facilitator not only between countries but also between cultures.
What we offer
Green Transport
In an effort to minimize the environmental impact of our logistics activities we commit to exclusively using Euro-5-normed vehicles on the railway as well as on the road. That way we manage to keep the emission of CO2, NOX and HC as low as possible.
